Busty Music Records.

 **********SIGN THE DOTTED LINE**********

A lot of time spent on the tour bus this week…. Only one night in a real bed since Los Angeles.  Life on the road eh?

The last travel day was a right laugh though… We had a Celtic Thunder Soccer championship.

3 Teams, 1 winner.  Im not going to lie, it nearly killed us… Somehow our team was victorious.  I think we had a lot of luck & madness on our side, thats what pipped us over the post in the end.  There was a lot of casualties too.  If you see any of us limping or hobbling along the stage you now know why...

Here is the Highlights of the game.  You can clearly see where I went over on my ankle trying to distract Ryan when he was in nets. It worked, at a cost of a club foot for a few days.  Serves me right.

NEWS “ON MERCY STREET”

For release on my new album “On Mercy Street,” I’ll be releasing it under my own label “Busty Music Records.”  Im Bringing a super-cool very experienced dude on board who is going to run all the day to day affairs for the release of the record, as there is only so much this minstrel can look after (me)!  I’ll be finalizing the deal with that in the next few weeks which I am super excited about.  Once i’ve signed the dotted line, I will be able to concentrate more on the release of the record and getting it out there.  Singing the record was the easy part.  The rest is where the fun begins. Which is where you come into play.

The only way that I bring the kinda attention this record deserves is through YOU, the Harkin Army. I’m going to do a “Fund-It Campaign.”  The way this works is that you guys donate what-ever you can.  In return for your donations you’ll get gift’s… The larger your donation…. The larger the gift.  I have lots of different gift ideas up my sleeve.  For e.g. Signed CD’s, CD’s & Merch pack’s, private Skype calls, signed guitars, original art,  prints, a show for you and your friends in your home, I cook you and your friends dinner & a show afterwards.  (these are only ideas, but you get the picture.)  All the donations are all for the one purpose.  To give the record as much exposure as we possibly can.  The fund will be spent on things like PR, Radio Pluggers, Promoters, Art work, Distributors etc to name but a few.

Together there is no reason we can’t be heard.  A voice in a crowd of people is hard to hear.  A crowd of people can be heard anywhere.  Together we can be an unstoppable force.

“On Mercy Street” is the name of the album.  I got that from the song “Mercy.”

Here are a few lyrics from it....

“I need you more than ever.  I’m crying for your help.  Lets be honest, hearts on sleeves.  I can only be myself”

Here is the tease of the album.  I know some of you may have seen it… none the less you could always share it again on your social media!!! Every bit of exposure counts!

I got the brushes out for the 1st time on the tour too.  I decided to do the NY sky line as I see it.  Big, bright and beautiful.  I think I'm going to do a few more sky-lines.  As i was painting this outside the bus in San Jose CA, Emmett O’Hanlon was like “Is that NY?”

Coming from a true New Yorker, i was pretty impressed with myself.

Song lyrics from “Keep On Rolling”

“yeah i love you all, each and every one”

And I do.  I owe everything i have to all you guys.

If no-one listened to me, would i still be a musician?

No.

You are such an amazingly talented person in so many different ways. I just love how you make me (us) feel like we are personal friends of yours and not just random fans. I am proud to be a member of the #HarkinsArmy and will definitely do my part in helping to promote your music and the new album. One day, young minstrel, I will get to see a live show of yours and of Celtic Thunder. Until then I will continue to watch my DVD's and haunt YouTube. :)
