Farewell to Celtic Thunder.

 Hi Everyone,

Today is a very bitter sweet day and this is not easy to say at all. It saddens me to tell you that I wont be on the road with Celtic Thunder this fall.
I love performing with Celtic Thunder and always will. I've given the past 10 years of my life to the show. And you have been there every step of the way.
I have had many laughs, tears and learned so much from it.
I was a solo artist before I joined Celtic Thunder and have always continued to do so. For the 1st time in my career after hammering at it for over 12 years I am at a point where I have to go it alone and push everything I am doing for myself as far as I can.
This isn't a final goodbye to CT... Just a break to concentrate fully on my own music. I'm sure when we work it out in our schedules, I'll be up there swinging a kilt again at some point in the near future.
I just recorded a TV special last week in LA which will be getting released with a live album. And i'm right in the middle of recording an acoustic orchestral Christmas album with Brian Byrne which will be released this Christmas with a Christmas tour! You have so much music and good news coming your way.
Thank you for everything Celtic Thunder, the music, the friends & more importantly you guys the fans.
I Love you all, and appreciate every single thing you have ever done. From just listening to my music, liking something on Facebook, to coming to my shows and grabbing my Albums.

I have worked my ass off for everything I have in my life... a lot of the time at a loss of my own with things like family, friends and personal life.  I will continue to follow my own musical path now even more.  I will have even more time to crack this thing they called the "Music Business." Stay with me for the ride.  It's gonna be fun.

Keith,

x.

Kieth, as you go forward on your own, may you have lots of soccessful times. You have certainly worked hard and am sure given up a lot of things, but it is paying off. Much success in the future and hope to see some guest performances with CT. Your true fans will stick with you and your future bride. Keep the news up dates coming.

Keith - Wishing you all the happiness your heart can hold... I'll always be listening!

Like a beacon in the night
Your songs have been the light
    So I've been listening
Like the sun after the storm
Your songs have kept me warm
    So I've been listening
Like the calm to ease the pain
Your songs have kept me sane
    So I've been listening
Like a friend that truly cares
    Your songs are always there
    So I've been listening
And when I've felt so all alone
Your songs have brought me home
    So I've been listening
If you should ever lose your way
Just let the music in you play
Raise your voice and proudly sing...and know I'm listening ♥

Dearest Keith & Kelsey, You are entering your new life together with many plans and dreams. The business you are in can be difficult on a relationship, so I want to share this scripture with you. "Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his (her) companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him (her) up. Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart." Ecclesiastes 4:9 That center strand is Jesus Christ. Keep Him in your life and marriage and you will overcome anything. Love to you both.

Keith, I have never seen a CT show and bought tickets through PBS for the Boston show. I have and will come to your solo shows, but I wanted to see you with CT. Guess I missed the boat. Anyway, I just moved to Derry, New Hampshire and was looking around for venues. I remember you telling someone to find you a venue near them and you would go. I can go to Boston, but I think the lad from Derry should come to Derry (or Londonderry). I found a couple of good ones, but I don't know where to send the information. There used to be a button for it, but I don't see one now. Oh, and last time I checked, you were at 67,999!!! I got you a bunch yesterday.

It saddens me deeply to hear you are taking a break form CT. Although I completely understand your decision to pursue your solo career and work on your own music.

for all the joy your music has given me over all these years. It has truly gotten me through some extremely challenging points in my life, and I can not Thank you enough.
I just got a copy of your new CD - "On Mercy Street" and I am in love the the music, and the songs you chose to included. I am also overjoyed to heard you are working
on more albums to be released this year. I will be eagerly awaiting the new music, Thank you so very much for all the wonderful songs you have share with your fans.

I am looking forward to your new releases later this year. I was wondering if some of your early music will be included, such as When we go out, the Bango song, all day long and miss San Diego. I also wanted to suggest The Mucky Duck in Houston as a venue. Easier access, right off the freeway and better pr.

I think I'm going to cry! I was so excited to see that CT was going to tour in the mid-west US again this fall -- but now you're not going to be with them. My heart is breaking. Could you possibly do just ONE SHOW in Wisconsin or Minnesota?? Pretty please??

I'm so happy for you, but sad at the same time. I have tickets for Sept. 18 at the ORPHEUM THEATRE in Boston. The show will not be the same without you. I wish you luck with your career and your marriage. ♡ ☆

I was looking forward to seeing you in the L.A. show in November. I'm sorry that won't be happening. Then to my dismay, I find you have been playing venues in Los Angeles that I could have attended. Do you have tour dates lined up yet? Or will you be playing someplace in Los Angeles in the near future? I didn't discover Celtic Thunder until a year or so ago and became an instant fan. I am anticipating attending one of your shows. I was sending my grandson in my place to one of your New York shows last year, but he had to work at the last minute. He subs as a percussionist for Broadway shows. I know...TMI. Anyway, I wish the best of luck to you and to Kelsey. And thanks for your music. I will look for a schedule of your tour.

Keith and Kelsey, love and happiness for you two. I am so happy for you. July 2nd will be a joyous celebration.
Keith, I loved CT and yes having you in it, however, I also love your style , lyrics and talent immensely. One sad
note though is my late Barnabas (cat) grew up loving your music. I have a photo of him loving the monitor with you
on it. Sad to say, he passed away at the age of 4 last month. I will continue watching for you and hoping that you
do get close to my home town. Keep on singing and making us, your fans happy. CONGRATS to the love birds.

Keith, the reason I even started listening to Celtic Thunder was because of you. One night I was flipping through channels and saw you singing Lauren and I. From then, I was hooked. You will be missed, but you are so talented and will accomplish all of your goals. Thank you for gifting your fans with your voice. Please keep us in the loop with all of your updates. I missed you when you were in Florida, so I am hoping you come again soon.
